Prime Time Travel (PTT) Policy

Motorcoach prices include round trip transportation, accommodations, meals, entertainment, admissions, tour escort, taxes and tips (Except for the bus driver and escort) as per each trip’s itinerary

  1. Prices are Per Person, Double Occupancy, Single rates available

  2. All Reservations are considered tentative until payment is received.

  3. Full payment for motorcoach day tours is required within 5 days of reservation. Full payment is required for Broadway & Radio City shows. Multi-Day Trips is a deposit of $250 and balance paid 60 days prior to trip departure. PTT reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not received within 5 days.

  4. Broadway shows are non-refundable. You may find a replacement but PTT will not be responsible for finding a replacement.

  5. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure on multi-day tours. Day Trips are due within 5 days of booking. Cruise and Air payments as specified.

  6. Full refund is available on most motorcoach tours if written notification is received 50 days prior to trip. There is a $10 transaction fee on credit card refunds.  Insurance Protection is non-refundable.

  7. Tours involving flights are subject to airline cancellation/change policy. Refund on Air Tours and Cruises if cancelled 90-120 days prior to trip, as per carrier policy. A cruise/Air land cancellation made after deposit will incur a $50.00 per person administrative fee.

  8. Cancel 30 to 49 days prior to a tour, and do not have Travel Insurance, fees are as follows:

1 day tour - $20 p/p + non-recoverable charges, i.e. theatre tickets;

1-2 day tours - $75 p/p + non-recoverable charges, i.e. theatre tickets;

3+ day tours - $125 p/p + non-recoverable charges, i.e. theatre tickets. 

The balance will be refunded in the form of a credit.

           Cancel 8 to 29 days prior to the trip: 
                        50% Penalty + Prepaid Costs
            Cancel 0 to 7 days prior to the trip:
                         100% Penalty - No refund
  1. PTT Medical Waiver is available on day trips up to $125 at a cost of $10.00. Cancellation must be for medical reasons verified by a Doctor’s note. All refunds are processed after tour returns. Medical waiver must be purchased at time of booking. 

  2. Travel Insured Protection Insurance is based on cost of trip and is outlined in the travel catalog. You must be medically able to travel when you purchase insurance and will be verified by your physician should you make a claim.

  3. Protection Insurance must be paid at time of booking and at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

  4. Protection Insurance and Medical Waiver are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once a month.

  5. Your Medicare and/or private insurance may not be effective in Canada or anywhere outside the U.S. For that reason, Supplemental Insurance is available and recommended.
  6. Bus seats are assigned in order of receipt of payment. If there are friends that you wish to sit with, indicate it when booking. Priority seats available at $5 per day. Pick any seat available, first on and first off.

  7. Special needs must be indicated at time of booking.

  8. Motorcoaches are equipped with lavatory, and climate control. It is always advisable to bring a sweater.

  9. PTT is not responsible for any personal items left behind. It is the travelers’ responsibility to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. Parking is at your own risk.

  10. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests to travel together, we cannot guarantee same vehicle unless same departure location.

  11. Any person who cannot travel independently or needs special assistance must be accompanied by a companion.

  12. Motorcoach tours subject to fuel surcharge.
  13. Not responsible for typographical errors in this catalog or other publications.
